Back ground information

Regulatory requirements and stakeholders' expectations on the major theme of Inclusion have increased in recent years. This regulatory development now requires companies to define and implement a global organisation of work that is free from all forms of discrimination and promotes diversity. A sound management of these subjects, which is part of the well-being of working life, has or will have a decisive impact on the productivity of employees, and therefore, of the company.
