When the risk becomes a reality, the Firm assists you in handling the denunciation and, where applicable, in managing interactions with the Defender of Rights (Défenseur des Droits), the CNIL (national supervisory authority) and anti-discrimination associations as well as, where applicable, in managing the litigation induced.
